The first meeting is free

Every new family starts with a free 30-minute consultation and a short diagnostic. Nothing is charged until you have met the tutor and agreed a plan.

No hidden charges

The hourly rate covers session planning, all worksheets and practice material, written notes after every session and the progress reviews. There is no registration fee and no material fee.

Reduced-rate places

We hold a limited number of reduced-rate places each term for families for whom the standard price is out of reach, and siblings booked together receive a discount. Ask the coordinator; the question is treated confidentially.

Packages

Book ahead and the rate drops

Questions about payment and cancellation

After the consultation and the diagnostic, once you have seen the plan and agreed the schedule. The consultation and the initial assessment are free, and no card details are taken to book them.

No. The hourly rate covers session planning, all worksheets and practice material, written session notes and the progress reviews. The only additional cost families occasionally meet is an official examination fee paid directly to the board, which never passes through us.

Cancel or move a session with at least twenty-four hours notice and it is rescheduled at no cost. Inside twenty-four hours the session is charged, because the tutor has already prepared and the slot cannot be filled. Illness and genuine emergencies are handled sensibly rather than by the letter of the rule.

Term packages run for six months from purchase and semester packages for twelve. If sessions remain unused at the end of that window because of a change in circumstances, talk to the coordinator and we will find a reasonable resolution.

We hold a limited number of reduced-rate places each term for families for whom the standard price is genuinely out of reach, and siblings booked together receive a discount. Ask the coordinator during the consultation. The question is treated confidentially.
